Who is responsible
Feneco decides why and how the personal data described here is used. For anything about your data, write to contact@feneco-consulting.com.
What we collect, why, and on what basis
- Assessment answers and score. To calculate and show your result. Answers are stored without your name until you submit the results form. Basis: providing the result you asked for.
- Results form (name, business email, company, job title, and optionally company size, country, phone and LinkedIn URL). To send you your results and, if you ask, arrange a conversation. We also assess internally how relevant a follow-up is. Basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time.
- Contact messages and website requests (from this tool and from our landing page). To reply to you. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us, and steps you ask for before a possible contract.
- Security data (technical request data used to stop abuse and automated submissions). Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe.
- Audience measurement and campaign origin (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the campaign parameters of the link that brought you here, kept in your browser for 90 days). Only if you accept. Basis: your consent.
We do not use your answers to make decisions that have legal effects on you, and we do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Assessment results and contact details: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised. Audience measurement data: no longer than 14 months, according to our Google Analytics settings.
Who receives it
- Hosting of this tool: Amazon Web Services, Asia Pacific (Sydney) region.
- Email delivery of your confirmation and our notifications: EmailJS.
- Our landing page (lp.feneco.io) and the email sent by its contact form: our web hosting provider. The request is also stored in this tool.

- Audience measurement and advertising, only with your consent: Google.
These providers act on our behalf, or, for Cal.com and Google, under their own terms.
Transfers outside the European Union
This tool is hosted in Australia, and some of the providers above are based in the United States. When data of people in the European Union is transferred to these countries, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and similar storage
- Always on, necessary to the service: your assessment progress and results link, your cookie choice (kept for 12 months) and your language choice.
- Only if you accept: Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, and the campaign information from the link that brought you here (90 days).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@feneco-consulting.com.
